as some of you have realised, one of the reasons i'm keeping this is to get some practise writing. i don't really write anything nowadays other than smses and econs essays. so yeah, this is to make sure i don't forget how to use full sentences. this also serves as a sort of diary i suppose. 20 years down the road i'll find this thing floating around on the internet and i can read it and laugh and remember the good times.

alright. it looks like another friend of mine has gotten himself involved in this relationship business. read: i've lost yet another friend. this is happening way too often this year. what is it about jc and friendships... well never mind.
of late i've been eating and eating and not really doing much in the way of physical activity. when we jam in school its generally mengo doing millions of vaults and me looking on and commenting. i can see the effects too =(
which is why im going down now. need to do some proper movement training. probably do some chains in the playground with the dudes. i hope a few people turn up so we can play some extreme catching too. i'll be back, hopefully in better shape.
